Metal Cable Spool of Double Layer
Manufactured according to GB4004-83, JB/T7600.3-94 and DIN46395 standards, the Metal Cable Spool of Double Layer is produced from Q235 carbon steel plate through assembly welding and precision machining. The spool features high rigidity and machining accuracy, with dynamic balancing to ensure stable operation at high speeds for wire drawing and stranding applications.
Inaccordance with GB4004-83, JB/T7600.3-94 and DIN46395 standards,the product is made of common carbon steel Q235 thick plate through assembly and welding, and machine finishing.
The product has high rigidity of bobbin and high precision. Through dynamic test, the product has stable operation at high speed, and can be used for high speed drawing-wire machine and wire stranding machine.
Application: Drawing, buncher and stranding, steel, copper or aluminum wire.
Standard:Machined barrel, protection by oil, dynamically balancing for 30 m/sec and over.
Surface finish: Painted as per customer's specification.
Customized: Weight, logo and numbering (engraved or painted).
Optionals: Fully machining (barrel, inside and outside flanges), reinforced barrel.
Standard flange (mm): 400, 560, 630, 760, 800, 1000. Other dimensions are available.

Size range
A wide range of flange diameters from 200mm to 1250mm according to DIN 46397 and imperial dimensions from 16" to 48".
Application
These are in-process take-up reels for high speed single and multiwire drawing machines, also stranding and bunching machines, for ferrous and non ferrous wires.
Typical Products
Suitable for multiwire, plainand tinned copper from 6/0.02mm. to 12/0.4mm diameter.
Plain and tinned single ends of copper from 0.1mm to 3.5mm diameter.
Single ends of aluminium from 1mm to 5mm diameter.
Enamelled wire manufacture.

Designed for minimal flange disortin when loaded, to ensure uniform traversing and high speed pay-off into extrusion lines, bunchers, re-wind for braiding, etc.
Suitable for transportation between factories.
